Back from Atlanta

It's been quite a while since I posted anything, so I figured I'd post something now since I just got back from Atlanta again. We took over 4000 pictures between the two of us (which I have cut down to 2300 after getting rid of the blurries and duplicates), plus video clips, met Javy Lopez, saw Adam LaRoche hit a homerun FINALLY in a Braves uniform again, saw Matt Diaz have an awesome day Sunday, and KELLY JOHNSON played Saturday and Sunday unexpectedly! He walked 3 times and scored 3 times in those two games, so that was a pretty decent couple of days at the plate.

It was a really awesome trip this time...better than last (probably because Adam was there).

This is the most adorable salad ever! The plate has boomerangs on it and the chicken was in the shape of a heart! It also tasted quite yummy!

Auntie Leah & Uncle Butch Visits!

We had a really nice time visiting with Butch & Leah Easter weekend! We went out to eat at Steak n Shake (I acutally got to drink a Banana milkshake, but sadly paid for it later), and then got to go to Krispy Kreme and watch them make donuts! It was lots and lots of fun!

There was something in my father's water glass..we think it was fuzz.

Sammy is a Moth!

Well, it happened. And it actually happened 15 days after the coccoon was spun, but as you can see, I'm quite a bit late posting an update. I am shocked that he didnt fly out of the container he was in because for a day, I had no idea he had even come out!

And here, even after he flew away, he landed on our roof where I found him a few hours later. When I went back the next day, he was gone :(

Sammy!

This caterpillar almost died earlier today by my foot of death, but luckily, I saw it before he got squished. I was only going to keep him for a few pictures tomorrow when it's sunnier outside, but alas, he chose to spin a cocoon already!!!! I'm talking 4 hours after I put him in the bubble gum container! This is so amazing, and His creation just shows how awesome God is. I will post more pictures as they become available.

I believe this is an Eastern Tent Caterpillar which will turn into a moth in about 3-4 weeks...who knows. I was shocked to see it spinning because the last time I had a caterpillar she died rather quickly. Anyway, I cant wait to post the metomorphosis!

Here he is Thursday afternoon...he is completely invisible. I am just trusting that he is still in there.

Showing off the Kids

Well, I decided to finally show off my pet. He was named after Dr. Chase on 'House'--for those of you who do not know, the man is just gorgeous...and that accent...well yea...and I got him like 2 days after Christmas. He kept eyeing me in the mall window and wouldn't stop. So Mommy bought him for me because one of my other Christmas presents didn't fit and they didn't have my size. Nicholas insisted on having his picture made with him (Nicholas is my gerbil for those who do not know).

And here is Nicholas (his nickname is Fatty) showing off his skills. He won the local corn cob eating contest...the prize...you guessed it. A corn cob.

Disney Bound!

Well, as you can see, I have made it official. I am going (again) to Disney World in 47 days!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYY! In addition to this note, I have survived a second straight month of Friday the 13th. I think there is really nothing to the day if you ask me, although I didn't walk under any ladders or see any black cats or break a mirror, etc. I did visit a morgue though (only a few of you know what that actually means).

I haven't really done too much in the way of activities that required me taking pictures lately, except me and Elizabeth went out to eat at Red Lobster (where I tried shrimp and they were actually kinda decent), walked around the mall and then watched Aladdin. I'm posting a couple of pictures from that lovely excursion.

I did manage to find some awesome 600 thread count lavender and aqua sheets for my bed, and it cleaned it up rather nicely. I must say they are quite comfy.
