New Shoes, Chicken & Koolaid!

Well, I had the day off of work today, which was nice to be able to sleep until noon :) And I had decided that I needed some new shoes and something to eat, so I went shopping. I found some really cute shoes at Payless, and really just needed some plain dress shoes that are flat and closed toed, but I only found this one cute pair. I guess I can wear them to work, which is really the only thing I wanted to buy anyway, but I didnt find any solid colors that I liked that actually fit.





So, I also had some yummy Chick Fil A, and I decided that it was very yummy, especially considering the fact that it was free. Their chicken strips are SO good.

Well, after I got home, I was thirsty, not because I didn't have a drink because as you can see, I did, but because I was simply thirsty. I had this sudden craving for Koolaid, probably because there was a Koolaid commercial on TV. So I got up and found we had this cool kind of Raspberry something or other, that was rainbow powdered and turned to Neon drink. So I decided to film this.

Friday the 13th

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone. I was going to be babysitting tonight (my date), but their dad is sick so they're not going out after all. Now, on to yesterday:

Well, I had the day off today. Which was nice in a way...I didn't get paid, but I did get some stuff done that I needed to do. And it was also very rainy. But do you think that stopped me from taking Valentine's goodies to my friends? No it did not. If I had died, it would have but as you can see I am not dead.

Me and Elizabeth my wonderful friend who is going to DisneyWorld with me in 75 days got to go too. She had a nice time meeting my friends at the store and everyone enjoyed the cookies and angel food cake.

Then, we headed out to Mardieze's house for a fun night of movies! We watched Hide and Seek and Fireproof. Hide & Seek...well, they said they've never heard anyone scream as loud as I did during a movie. LOL. And my gosh was Kirk Cameron gorgeous in Fireproof. I just wish he had had another counterpart as his wife. She didn't impress me too much. It was kind of hard to pull for him knowing what he was fighting for. But it was a good movie :)

Had a super great day and praise the Lord for all of His blessings. He continues to amaze me, though I wonder when I'll ever not be amazed.

Chocolate Festival!

Me and my best friend went to the lovely Chocolate Festival at the fairgrounds last weekend. Well, we paid $3 to get in, which I assume was to cover the use of the parking lot, because everything in there we had to pay for. I did buy a chocolate covered strawberry for $1. And the kids painted with chocolate. It was fun to get out of the house and do something, but it was kinda hyped up and very unorganized.

Well, I was out shopping the other day (on the clock) and found these awesome deals at Office Max. Sorry the quality isnt any better. I only had my phone. I mean, don't you just want to run out and grab some of these...they're marked down awfully low!

Awesome TV Series Finales

Well lately, Ive been bored as I mentioned, and watch TV a lot. Lately, I have been thinking about some of my favorite TV finales. I'm talking SERIES....not season. Therefore, I cant list my current favorite shows like House and 24 because they fortunately (and some as of late, unfortunately) are still on the air. However, I have compiled a list of my favorites (those that ended like you wanted them to). Feel free to comment with yours.

Friends, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Saved by the Bell (regular), Saved by the Bell (College years that ended w/the wedding), Family Ties, Growing Pains (I vaguely remember this, but I'm sure I liked it cause Kirk Cameron is gorgeous), Little House on the Prairie, Fresh Prince, and the X-Files (I wanted the show to continue, but if it had to end, this was an alright finale).

What I Do For Fun

Since at the present time, I do not have a boyfriend, I have to find things to amuse myself with at night. Therefore, I usually surf the net, talk to my friends online, work on my scrapbook and watch TV. Pretty much it. Not that it's not enjoyable, but it does get quite old.

I found myself having so much fun the other night playing Monopoly: World Edition online, that I thought I would take some pictures and share them with you.
